  • Flour: 3 cups
  • Curd: 3 cups (will soften the cake)
  • Sugar: 3 cups or less
  • Oil: 3 cups
  • Coconut flakes: 1 cup
  • Baking powder: 1 tablespoon
  • Vanilla: 2 teaspoons
  • 3 Piece eggs


Brush the butter in a 4-inch long pound cake pan and sprinkle the flour. Grease the oven.

Everything except coconut has to be blended in a blender or bit into a bitter.

Then mix coconutflex. Pour into a bowl of cake and place in the oven.

Bake for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, check with a toothpick. Let it cool down.
